The truth is that the Japanese Big 3 are not big players in the UK or Europe, they are considered elderly people’s cars. Kia and Hyundai have bigger market shares over there than the Japanese brands.
That must mean me, then. Though my company car (when I definitely didn’t fall into that category) was a British-made Nissan.
