Schools aren’t “segregated”. Most Blacks live in black neighborhoods therefore their go to schools that are mostly Black. Rich neighborhoods are mostly White.
In the old south small towns whites lived on one side of the tracks and the blacks lived on the other side of the tracks.
Yankee wealthy liberals don’t know it but they are singing the old George Wallace song: “Segregation now, segregation forever.”
