One thing is for certain. The Republican Party is NOT in any WAY, SHAPE or FORM the least bit SERIOUS about curbing Federal spending.

Apparently they agree with me that the Fed can just keep printing and the rest of the world will have to sit down and accept it. If I’m wrong, disaster looms.

1. City mayors can veto any construction
2. Height/Design limited
3. Prohibited construction in certain border areas

That would be ideal...and bypass the restrictions/limitations in the spending bill that could be applied to the Natl Emergency Declaration.
