Six illegal immigrant families filed multi-million dollar claims Monday against the Trump administration over last year’s family separations, saying they need the money to pay for counseling and other medical care to heal from the “torture” they said they suffered.
The legal claims are the latest effort by immigrant-rights groups to punish the administration for the separations of thousands of children, which resulted from the Justice Department’s zero tolerance policy for illegal border crossers.
The families and their lawyers say the policy intended to inflict “emotional distress” on the parents and children, hoping it would make attempting to sneak into the U.S. so uncomfortable that fewer people would attempt it. “It succeeded with devastating consequences,” said Mark Fleming, associate director of litigation at the National Immigration Justice Center.
Under the zero tolerance policy, the Justice Department began to file criminal charges against most illegal immigrants for illegal entry, a misdemeanor, or re-entry, a felony. The administration said the goal was to create some consequences for families who were breaking the law but generally had been released under the previous policies.

If but for the illegal entry of the United Staes by the plaintiffs, no separation, if such occurred, would or could have happened. The plaintiffs have no recourse against the sovereign entity, the nation, in enforcing its laws and entry requirements.
Another classic reason we need a wall. They are not US Citizens so would have to file a lawsuit under an International Court. They are felons, as they are in the US illegally, so cannot bring suit, until their court case has been settled. If guilty, they have not standing to file a suit against anybody.
I wonder how the left will twist that?

Offer them a deal: Leave the U.S. immediately and never come back, or Open your mouth one more time about “we owe you for separation of your family” and get a bullet through your mouth and forehead. Your choice!

Then counter sue for trespass damages for 7 mil.
7 mil, plus taxes on the 6 mil, plus court costs, plus costs of transport to the border, plus crossing fees back to Mexico, and all associated costs.
The lawyers get to go with them to make sure they’re represented throughout the process and for the remainder of their Mexican lives.
My grandchildren suffer severe emotional stress every time their daddy is deployed to various war zones. Where is the money for all the military families that are distressed?
Can we counter sue them for the agony and hardship its causing the taxpayer because of their INVASION?!! RAPING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FROM THESE UNWANTED INVADERS HAVE TO STOP!!
