Instead give us 100,000 H1-B TEMPORARY visa workers in 2019, who will all be employed, pay federal income tax and state income tax, and all sales taxes, utility taxes, property tax via rent to their landlord, gasoline tax, and will require no welfare or food stamps paid by the tax payers. And since these people cost less to the businesses employing them, those businesses make bigger profits and thus pay more federal taxes.

I highly doubt H1-B’s don’t require any sort of welfare. Many bring in their spouse or families and likely suck up govt monies in one way or other.
The error you are making is assuming that we need any foreign workers at all.
We don’t. Full stop. We could kick out every foreigner and require full citizenship for every job and be perfectly fine - not only that it would be a massive benefit to the vast majority of Americans who earn a living by labor.
