Right blackface was not breaking any law. It makes Republicans look bad when they join the PC lynch mob. It’s bad for the country acting like some one who received over a million votes should resign. It puts the bullseye on every American. I hope Northam resist. I’m tired of garbage like this. It has nothing to do with today’s issues.

I do not support the Dem party but if Northam resist. It will be great.

I agree, in general, on two counts. One, this was 35 YEARS ago, in college! Two. If I am black, and someone wore blackface - THIRTY-FIVE years ago, so what? Maybe its a joke. Maybe its a tasteless joke. Maybe they are lampooning the 1910's and 20's and 30's when it was more widely used by performers. I remember Laugh-in occasionally had sketches with performers wearing KKK hoods. Didn't Ted Danson wear blackface at a costume party? People have made fun of MY heritage once or twice I am told. I am Polish.

That having been said, I do so enjoy Democrats being swallowed up in the own self-righteousness.
