Or the top 3 might all be forced to resign. 4th in line is the Speaker of the House for VA. He got the job when, as the result of a tie, they picked his name out of a hat.

This may sound like a silly question, but here it is: why would a man force a woman to perform oral sex, it seems rather risky for his privates.
