Some have posted it was *photoshopped in. That, to me, makes less sense than having an actual audience behind her. These days, politicians cherry pick an "audience" to have behind them to show how universally loved they are. The individuals in the "audience" then nod and applaud various lines in the speech to show us nitwits what to think.
