So, breaking down the door and immediately shooting the dog is OK in your book? that’s not serving a warrant. That’s breaking in and shooting a dog. Oh wait, I forgot: we’re all supposed to know by now that when someone breaks into your house and shoots your dog, you should assume they are the police.
It was a PITBULL- that’s not a dog. It IS a weapon. I will repeat, I am not a cop or a criminal, but if I am rushed by one of these land-sharks, I WILL shoot it.
