I checked 50 subway locations in chicago using Subway’s store locator. None are open @ 2:00am on a tuesday.
a couple of stores close @ 2:00am on Friday and Saturday. I have not found one that is open 24hrs.

Reported today that police have viewed hours of video and got...nada.

New tidbit...it happened @ 300 E North Water St btwn 1-3a .

not a subway in sight. A park and a parking lot facility...

It was a Subway within a couple blocks of a Target if that helps narrow it down.

Subway Restaurants with late hours:

816 N State St - Open until 2:00 AM

8 W Ohio St - 24 hours

I found two 24 hour Subway shops in Chicago: 630 S Clark St and 604 S Wabash Ave.

The 24 hour sandwich shop is the least suspicious part of the story, since there is surveillance footage of Jussie Smollett in the store.
