The last time Chicago was THIS cold, in '85, I was there and believe me, that cold, with the wind whipping off Lake Michigan and the Chicago River, is something you feel in your bones, no matter how many layers of clothing you're wearing! Which begs the believability of 1) thugs roaming around, OUTSIDE, yelling stuff ( you open your mouth in such weather, even while wearing a ski mask and your throat freezes! ) 2)thugs carrying around a noose and bleach or some other substance that is still in liquid form 3)carrying out such a beating at 2:00 A.M.!
And the whole "THIS IS MAGA COUNTRY"....in River North? ROTFLMSO !

That was the part that convinced me it was a hoax.....................
