What about the people who work at the boat yard? Don’t they deserve to have jobs?

Instead of employing ship workers, Warren would have give the $100 million to freeloaders and deadbeats.

Excellent! Don't forget all the other folks in the boating trade. Years and years of earnings, keeping the boats sailing and provisioned.

As we say in DC...

"The cost of Dan Snyder's new yacht? 14$ beers at Fed Ex Field."

That was the now-sold yacht, built in NZ, iirc, and registered in RI to avoid the yearly MA excise tax, shafting the townspeople of his MV or Nantucket Summer residence.

Whether he can afford it is irrelevant. The tax isn’t right. I’d be willing to bet more people made a decent living for a longer time off the construction and maintenance of that yacht then would off of Grey Beaver’s tax plan.

$100M that went into the pay of LOTS of workers that built the damn boat, that can pay their own bills.

FedEx Field, when the Redskins moved there from RFK, was privately financed. It was initially called Jack Kent Cooke Stadium.

Jack Kent Cooke passed away in 1997, the team then was sold to Snyder by his heirs.

As far as I know the only tax payer dollars for it initially were the roads and an improved exit off the beltway. It sits on or near the old Capital Center site where the Caps and Bullets played.

If I’m not mistaken it is the only stadium in the NFL that’s 100% owner financed at construction.

I wonder how much she wants from Mrs. Jeff Bozo. She's gonna get about $80,000,000,000 errr, dats 80 Billion.

If you use the occasional kotex rule they want 70% or $56,000,000,000 errr, dats 56 Billion.

WOW!

Those Americans struggling with student loan debt are doing so because the government is enforcing curriculums that make them take useless liberal arts classes. Try eliminating them instead.

A lot of people were employed to build that yacht. And that $100 million is money that went into circulation.

Then I give Snyder a pass.

Jerry Jones, on the other hand.....

To aid Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones in paying the construction costs of the new stadium, Arlington voters approved the increase of the city’s sales tax by 0.5%, the hotel occupancy tax by 2%, and car rental tax by 5%. The City of Arlington provided over $325 million (including interest) in bonds as funding.

And it costs $200 to frickin’ park within a mile of the “Stajum” on game day.

Warren wrote. “I’m pretty sure he can pay my new #UltraMillionaireTax to help the millions of yacht-less Americans struggling with student loan debt.” so I am proposing a bill to STEAL more of his money to buy votes from folks who are going to go bankrupt trying to pay their legal obligations.

Student Loan debt want forced upon the students.

We told our child that college was only going to happen without incurring debt.

Currently a doctoral candidate, and still no debt. It can be done.

And what about all the poor schlubs who support themselves and their families by building luxury yachts and all the components therein? You wanna deprive all of those people of their jobs and their healthcare, Senator?
