I predict that the Democrats will use every stalling tactic in their arsenal, then offer the President far less than the meager $5.7 billion he’s asking for.

They are going to force him to declare a state of emergency and go it alone on building the wall.

Ultimately, they hope to stop him in the courts, as they will surely file multiple lawsuits within minutes of him declaring the emergency.

Sadly, they’re misreading the country on this. Stopping the President from executing his most important job (under the Constitution), will only cause the people to seek other means of redress.

Once that fuse is lit, no power on the face of the earth will be able to put it out.

I've posted it more than enough times here on FR already, that the Dem's have someone camped right outside the Ninth Circus Court of Appeals ready to file the lawsuit to our President the very minute he declares a national emergency.

I stand by that prediction.
