Did you ever wonder why Agent Strzok was fired, but Agent Pientka was not? It is because Pientka is very likely cooperating with investigators, and has some intimate knowledge of affairs.

This backchannel allowed the FBI to hide Fusion GPS’s—and the Clinton campaign’s–role in providing much of the “evidence” being used to drive these politically-motivated investigations of Trump and his associates.
The point was to launder Fusion GPS’s Trump-Russia allegations through Ohr to Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe and lead agent on the Trump case, Peter Strzok, so it could be claimed the information was coming from a legitimate intelligence source instead of from paid political propagandists working for Hillary Clinton.
This means it’s highly likely that when Bruce Ohr’s personal notes from his meetings with Fusion GPS are compared with the official FD-302 interview forms that Agent Pientka filled out following his interviews with Ohr, they are not going to match when it comes to what the stated source was for the Trump-Russia information.
For Pientka to write down on the 302 forms that this information on Trump-Russia he was being given by Ohr was still coming from the Fusion GPS boys after the FBI had supposedly severed all ties with them would have defeated the entire reason for going to the trouble of establishing a backchannel in the first place..."
That is the issue. Bongino sees this as do his listeners...you see this and I see this, but the majority of people, even here on FR, DON’T see it.
And that is a problem. People (even intelligent people) have their eyes glaze over. They don’t have the time or attention span to follow this, so to them, it looks like...nothing.

Mueller needs to be called before a grand jury for his crimes.
All very interesting but until we get some of these FBI and DOJ crooks in front of their own special counsel or grand jury, it’s all just hot air.....

He also predicted who would be next when things start heading south for Mueller again..

this story was used back when McCain was running for president, only it didn’t work because at the time, the Bush whitehouse/fbi would not play ball and tipped McCain off and he cut ties with the players in the story.
So they just dusted it off knowing Obama would play along and not warn Trump.

Yep. This is their plan...Mueller is going to keep arresting people on BS, surfing ahead of the possible dismissal, keeping it going...they are going to try to keep it going until Trump is impeached or 2020 arrives, whichever comes first.

I read it and learned something substantive about incommunicado agent Joseph Pientka and his role in propaganda laundering.
The four paragraphs were setting it up to make an overarching point about the timing of arrests with other leaking news.

he Judiciary Committee has scheduled a meeting to consider William Barr and other nominees, kickstarting the process of bringing President Trump’s attorney general pick to the Senate floor.
The panel, which is now chaired by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), announced that it would hold a business meeting to consider Barr’s nomination on Tuesday.
But it’s unlikely that the Judiciary Committee will actually vote on Barr’s nomination during the meeting.
Under committee rules any one senator can request that a nomination be delayed a week when it’s on the agenda for the first time, as Barr’s will be on Tuesday.
The committee action comes after Barr, who was previously attorney general during the George H.W. Bush administration, testified as part of his confirmation earlier this month.
During the grilling, senators pressed Barr for specifics on special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe, as well as his views on executive privilege and Trump’s pardon powers.
Barr is expected to easily sail through the Judiciary Committee. Republicans hold a two-seat advantage on the panel.
Republicans have a larger 53-seat majority in the full Senate. That means Democrats will need to flip four senators, as well as keep their own caucus united, if they want to sink his nomination.
