Why do you think ATL and LAG were the only Airports that had “issues”with the Controllers Union and the TSA? Let’s talk Super Bowl!!!

Day 35 of the Shut down...

My generator has finally run out of gas, we’re burning any wooden furniture we can find just to stay warm.

The shelves at grocery stores have been barren since week 2 leaving most of the town without food. Yesterday we were forced to butcher and eat our neighbors Labradoodle. It was the first meal we had in 5 days. Luckily the snow has provided us with drinking water as the utilities haven’t worked in weeks.

Marauding gangs come through regularly, stealing what little we are able to scavenge and often taking our women and children to work as slaves.

The neighboring town tried to rise up and fight them but they were soundly defeated and the entire village was set ablaze.

I try to remain optimistic but with each passing day I see society further devolve into Thunderdome style chaos without the federal governments supervision. I just pray that one day we’ll be able to return to the good times, where government employees take 40% of what I earn to pay themselves for jobs I never wanted them to do in the first place.

Ya gotta wonder why Pelosi is so afraid of the SOTU. If President Trump were caving and weak, she should want him to speak so that he digs himself a deeper hole.

I will continue to hope and pray that the President has an ace or two up his sleeve.

After Trump signed the bill opening the government, McConnell named the following senators to represent republicans in the “negotiations” with democrats - Richard Shelby (R-Ala.), Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), Sen. John Hoeven (R-N.D.).

So, are these amnesty RINOS? Will they exchange amnesty for a small fence that costs a few million? Thoughts?

Ya gotta wonder why Pelosi is so afraid of the SOTU.

Trump has had a plan up his sleeve for some time -- and it's not the "emergency declaration" everyone is talking about.

Pelosi knows he's going to announce it as part of his State of the Union address.

I dare say in 3 weeks, the “student” might deliver a new board of education to the “School Marm’s” seat of knowledge.

The Uniparty has refused to fund a wall for 30+ years and in fact promoted open borders policy. It is ludicrous to pin this all on POTUS. This a pure Alinsky play, IMO. Isolate him and steal the entire beltway (pork) agenda for the next two years. When Coulter and Pelosi are playing for the same team you know the fix is in.

McConnell’s stooges. That is the bottom of the beltway sewer right there.

I think you’re right. Hoeven already sold us out in the past by making an bad deal with Schumer - https://www.heritage.org/immigration/report/schumer-corker-hoeven-amendment-fails-securing-the-border-and-halting-illegal

Why is he even on this negotiating team? Shelby, blunt and Capito look better based on ratings by anti amnesty groups and border security advocacy organizations.

This morning on Fox & Friends, Steve said that Jared and Pence were making a deal behind the scenes that included amnesty for a million or so DACA kids in exchange for $25 billion for the wall. Did anyone else hear this???

That’s what scares me.

We’ll get a Wall, but at what cost. Trump is backed into a corner, where he desperately needs a Wall, no matter what it takes.

Unlike the back stabbers like this ankle biter, I support what this POTUS is doing.

Three weeks. See what happens.

I think President Trump is laying out the blueprint for a lock tight emergency order that is protected from the legal assaults the Democraps throw at it.

The Reagan Administration’s three-day military effort on the Island of Granada is exactly the action President Trump should take to build his border barriers. If he had all of his plans in line, he could build the barriers quickly before the judges put out the stop action orders.

The invasion, although very popular by the American public, brought condemnation by the United Nations which adopted a 108 to 9 (with 27 abstentions) resolution to condemn President Reagan’s action with these words:

General Assembly Resolution 38/7A The United Nations “deeply deplores the armed intervention in Grenada, which constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and of the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of that State.”

The Congressional Black Caucus denounced the invasion and seven Democratic congressmen, led by Ted Weiss, introduced an unsuccessful resolution to impeach President Reagan.

Nancy ain’t an “alpha”, but she is more like something else that starts with an “a”.
