A freelance reporter has lost his job at digital company INE Entertainment after tweeting he wanted Covington Catholic High School students and their parents to die in the wake of a video involving Native American protesters in Washington DC.
Erik Abriss lost his job as a post-production supervisor at INE in the wake of the comments aimed towards teenage students who attend the school in Kentucky.
Abriss, who also contributes to New York Medias entertainment site Vulture, was reacting to the viral video that at first appeared to show MAGA hat-wearing Nick Sandmann confronting a Native American man during a March for Life rally, which coincided with the Indigenous Peoples March.
Subsequent video footage of the incident appeared to show the Native America man, identified as Nathan Phillips, approaching the students after they were being yelled at by another group at the rally, the Black Hebrew Israelites.
I dont know what it says about me but Ive truly lost the ability to articulate the hysterical rage, nausea, and heartache this makes me feel. I just want these people to die. Simple as that. Every single one of them. And their parents, Abriss tweeted in response to the original video of Sandmann.

Frankly, since the press is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, there should be a mechanism to disbar them for malfeasance, as one would a criminal politician(where justice actually exists).
That’s what I thought....Will Wheaton!
What people, other than injuns, don’t know, is what this drummer guy Phillips was singing. It was the AIM song, or American Indian Movement song. Some of you are probably familiar with AIM, they’re long time radicals. I, and many other indians, don’t like them, they’re trouble makers and usually dangerous.
It’s more of an angry song, not a peace song. He can sell his Buffalo sh*t to someone who might believe him. He wasn’t there to make peace.
I’m still not seeing enough apologies. Megan McCain tweeted.. “apologize” but was that her asking for apologies or was she saying [I] apologize? I went through Ben Shapiros tweets up to Jan 18, lots of re-tweets about the truth and a few retweets about apologies, but his original tweet (unless it was an article?) is not there nor do I see an apology from him. I just don’t have time today to go through 5 gazillion tweets, but has Rich Lowry apologized for calling them “dumb and disrepectful?” Or has Tim Pool apologized for calling them “dumb high school kids doing dumb high school stuff.” Is chanting cheers of your school to diffuse the situation dumb? Not engaging with the Black Israelites, is that dumb? Or standing there totally confused, smiling for a 1/30th of a second was that dumb? As a mother of 2 men who used to be boys lol, I’m so infuriated at this.
Russel Means old group.....................
This is to be expected by the leftards but the knee jerk reaction from National Review was repulsive.
If he’s freelance he didn’t lose his job. Freelance means he works for the highest bidder, he lost A job. sheese the Idiocracy in what is called news today is stiffing
what? he couldn’t find a local Chick Fil A cashier to terrorize?
If they fired all the corrupt reporters, there would be but a small handful left.
I had a dream...
This guy is a lunatic psychopath. Even if everything bad about these kids were true, what type of sicko would wish death to them? Did they commit murder? rape?
I listened to a lot of talk radio today and the description beating a drum or banging a drum does not convey the physically intimidating nature of the drumstick. If Phillips has been beating a drum with his hand while the drum was near his waist or chest, though still not nice, it would have been far less intimidating.
His tweets are now protected—no longer available to public
Liberals ONLY move laterally in a world ruled by Satan.
whack-a-mole...................
Lost it forever or was he promoted. How soon will CNN or MSNBC hire him at double his last income?
Remember back in your high school/college days, when all the smartest kids became journalism majors? yea, me neither...back when I was at the university, journalism was the “gut” course - the major everyone went for when they couldn’t cut it in some other more rigorous field.....
