As I’ve said before, when people tell you they’re going to so something to you, they mean it.
They either aren’t powerful enough at the moment, or they’re too chickensh*t to do it themselves, but given the right amount of power and control, the psychotic always overcomes the chickensh*ttedness (yeah... it’s a word... because I said so :^)).
