Given the state of our judiciary, declaring a National Emergency would last about two days before (insert Obama appointee name here) overturns it.
It’s hard to make a case for a “national emergency” when this sh!t has been allowed to go on for the first two years of his administration.
We have been under Emergency Rule for a long time (1933). Per that he has the authority to do what needs to be done.
I dont believe a court can declare a presidential national emergency illegal.
