Sen. Kamala Harris, California Democrat, said Thursday she will not vote for William Barr, President Trumps nominee for attorney general.
Ms. Harris, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, is the first prominent Democrat to officially announce her intent to vote against Mr. Barr.

Probably Amy Coney Barrett, as he'll take some heat if he doesn't nominate a woman. She seems pretty good from what I've seen, but I haven't really read through her dissents and concurrances yet, which is where I think you find out more about judicial philosophy than opinions, as opinions tend to be consensus documents.

I’m ok with her NO vote. 300 million people in this country and we have to pick another DC insider? Get serious.Agreed. Especially with Barr's involvement in support of the thugs behind Ruby Ridge. That makes him a complete non-starter IMO.

Why was this even posted? Harris does not disappoint. Is anybody surprised by this announcement? I suspect the Republican members of the committee were not.
