I think Israel has been a lot more long-suffering than I would have been with the Arab leadership on the West Bank and in Gaza.
The Arabs got their land at the same time Israel did in 1948.
Look what Israel did with it’s land.

There’s no question that Israel applied itself, and developed a pretty decent nation.
There’s also no question that the Arabs refused to develop their own nation, and opted to try to destroy Israel instead.
The Arabs can point to 1948 and whine all they like, but the fact is these two factions could not live together in peace. An attempt was made to come to a decent settlement.
Israel is not constantly trying to destroy the Arabs on the West Bank and in Gaza. It has Arabs living in peace inside Israel.
Does anyone think Israeli citizens could live side by side with the Arabs and survive on the West Bank or in Gaza?
The idea Israel is the aggressor here, is not supportable > IMO.
