Self-described socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez announced on Twitter late Tuesday that she will join California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters on the influential House Financial Services Committee, which oversees Wall Street and the housing industry.
California Rep. Katie Porter, Michigan's Rashida Tlaib, Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, and Massachusetts Rep. Ayanna Pressley have also reportedly been tapped for the committee by Democratic House leaders, and a vote finalizing their appointments is expected within days.

Yeah, cool. Two months ago couldn’t figure out how to get an apartment of her own. Her minor in economics lead her into the bartending field in the TexMex industry.
And now she’s about to oversee banking in America. Because you know, like, she’s FROM NYC, and there are some realllllly tall banks there. And she will be under the tutelage of Maxine Waters, a hood rat who got to congress on the votes of the most ignorant corner of LA.

Well it seems that Ocasio-Cortez was smart enough to beat a long term Democrat who seemed like an easy win. It is never wise to underestimate the “enemy.”
Those two have to be the worst possible choices for that committee. And Trump will have to work with such idiots as he tries to save our country.
Of all the highly qualified people in the United States of America. . .this is what we have in leadership in our government? Wake me up from this bad dream.
