China has an interesting appeals system.
That's one way to get a shorter sentence.
Fire a Canadian ICBM at them.
I wouldn’t advise a foreigner to smuggle drugs into China/Singapore. The consequences are severe.
You get a bullet to fhe back of your head or you get hanged. Justice is swift.
Appeals don’t run for decades.
Fine by me. He invaded another country. Invaders deserve death.
China has a right to implement their own justice system.
Visitors have the responsibility to abide by Chinese law.
Canada should give up the fantasy that it has independent power or influence. Its turning into a Northern Cesspool.
Its just common sense not to break the law. And the Constitution doesn’t apply to foreign countries.
Smuggling drugs in much of Asia is a capital offense.
If the PRC wished to they could engage in some classic Chinese theater and carry the execution through to having the malefactor face a firing squad firing blanks and then whisk him out of the country and stick him on the first plane to anywhere else and let the Canadians deal with getting their citizen back.
I would do that and have a long good laugh at snow flake's expense.
Cool, so we get to execute all Chinese origin persons here and China gets to execute all US origin persons there helping give China their unfair advantage.

China is our enemy and we are in another Cold War with them. We should stop trading and dealing with them.
Or they can just shoot him and still have a long good laugh at the snowflake’s expense with the added benefit of actually deterring other drug mules.

That's not really drug smuggling. That is adding vibrancy to the mosaic of our society.

If the device you used to write that post was made in China, or any of its components were made in China, we are probably not in a cold war with China.
However, you should stand by your assertion and gather all items you own that were made in China and destroy them.

That has nothing to do with it. Everything made in China was made in the USA and can be made in USA.
I have a warning to all Free Traitors™ like you. Things are changing.
