Despite her claim to have graduated Boston University with a degree in Economics, I would imagine AOC would ask the banks why they do not charge prime rate for all their borrowers

I don't think she has a degree in economics. Her Wikipedia entry says she has a degree in international relations, with a minor in economics.
Not that it matters ... she doesn't know any more about international relations than she does about economics.
