Not could, will.

They've already said so. I'm sure they'll find a sympathetic court in Hawaii more than willing to issue yet another nationwide injunction from his little district court in Maui.

Inserting a prepare patriot into Hawaii would not be easy either.

This is the most likely sequence of events.

At some point, the President has to tell them to pound sand, he doesn’t accept an injunction on a matter clearly in his set out duties, and will continue work until told otherwise by the Supremes. Even that is an iffy prospect given what Roberts did with Obamacare.

“He said experts have said neither a wall nor fencing is what’s really needed at the border”

Show me the expert who said this and I will show you a jackass liberal dem. See, if Trump had said experts said we need a wall, the press would ask whom they were and would demean them in some fashion. But when this slippery dem says that, no one asks whom said that.

I think if they block this, and by doing so, he keeps the gov’t shut down, then they lose big. If he is unopposed, starts allocating funds for the wall, re-opens the gov’t, then everyone wins.

“Democrats could sue if Trump declares national emergency over wall, Hoyer says”

Why not? They do on everything else he does. Just judge-shop for an Obama appointee and voila.
