I will wager it will be one heck of a speech and one where he announces he has just signed an executive order to do something incredible. Yes Democrats will be outraged and dumbfounded as they and their political advisers watch.

The weekend meetings did not go well at all.
If the rats ever deliver a bill to him with wall funding it will also include buckets of pork and other things he can’t sign. They will use this against him of course and if he is smart he will not flinch but instead take it to the people to lay out his case and terms for our benefit.
