Bloomberg is reporting that she’ll be getting transcripts of the arguments she’s missing. Sounds like the answer to your question is, yes.

Will RBG yield to a gentle approach? As her allies can be stirred to point out in private, if she can no longer do the job in full, she can be humiliated by leaking the details of her decline and disability, which then become a basis for threatening impeachment based on non-performance of duty.
In order to get Trump’s next SC candidate through confirmation, he’ll have to choose a virgin female/male who lived his/her entire life in a cloistered convent/monastery.

If RBG drops dead anytime soon, expect the democrats in the house to immediately start impeachment proceedings - with or without any evidence - in order to claim that Trump doesn’t have the right to appoint a replacement while the impeachment progress plays out.

Ginsburg missing Supreme Court arguments for 1st time
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court says Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is missing arguments for the first time in more than 25 years as she recuperates from cancer surgery last month.
Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said Monday the 85-year-old Ginsburg is continuing to recuperate and work from home after doctors removed two cancerous growths from her left lung odn Dec. 21.
Ginsburg was discharged from a New York hospital on Dec. 25.

I think the implication is that she herself is not contributing to the oral arguments. I believe she is listening intently to the entire matters and can put forth her opinion.....making it still....a 9 member court.

It will be fun to read the justifications offered by the democrats for the hag to remain in office. I can’t wait for the editorials proclaiming the hag 100% fit for office.
Her law clerks are occupying Supreme Court Seat 6.
I’m sure it will be a female nomination. It’ll be about experience and previous opinions.
