Congresswoman Rashida Kalib, the woman who said regarding President Trump, "Impeach the M—F—r!", was sworn into office on Thomas Jefferson's Koran. Why did Jefferson have a Koran? I can assure you, it's not for the reason the media has told you.

Oh, I bet she knows exactly why Thomas Jefferson had a Quran... not that she’d ever discuss it with the dumbarses with whom she shares party affiliation.
And she used it for the same reason Muslims put their mosques atop the temples and churches of those they conquer, same reason the Muslims chose the site of the Ground Zero mosque.
Same reason coyotes pee on their food- to take possession of it.

Thomas Jefferson said he read the Bible daily to “keep his mind straight.”
He did not use the Koran for that purpose.
