You don’t become a caddy by walking onto a course today. When I was 13 or so, I did just that. I walked onto a course in Connecticut, one that Rush plays, and I was a caddy. Today no. The caddy master is a company who provides caddies to courses. A friend on mine now caddies in Nashville. He has set days, hours etc. to caddy. I the winter he goes to Florida for this company and caddies the winter circuit. The Country Club does not screen, hire or pay the caddies. The caddy company does.
What I love about MSM is that they know nothing, they are real toads. My knowledge and experience would run circles around n Ivy League graduate. Nothing here, idiots.
