Watch the first 30 seconds, the shooter is first seen loading his weapon wearing a blue backpack. A few seconds later on the video (not actual time), the shooter and is firing, but he is wearing a black tactical vest. The sequence raises lots of questions.

Out of curiosity...from the past forty mass shootings going back over thirty years...has anyone ever worn a tactical vest before while in the act?
Might not have been cameras set to see the change....not enough info to start a conspiracy that indicates the guy who obviously shot didn’t do the shooting.....
Not enough info? The lack of information is exactly how a good conspiracy theory gets started. This one will be ripe for the picking!
I really don’t know about use of tactical vests by student shooters.
What struck me immediately was that this shooter was filmed prepping in the stairwell, and moments later he was in a different kit, shooting. That change was not trivial. - puzzling.
Wasn't the Theater shooter all Tac garbed up? Maybe I'm mis-remembering?

There is no “conspiracy.” the video ABC clearly shows what it shows.
I am just pointing it out and asking the relevant questions based on the facts portrayed in the video.
Take your conspiracy labels/slur elsewhere.
There was a conspiracy by the media to anchor a false narrative. CNN held a hasty townhall with Sheriff Israel whereby a stacked audience blamed the gun & the NRA for the crime, while never once mentioning that the shooter was well known by both Israel & the FIB. Their effort worked.
Why would you jump to the conclusions you did? I simply pointed out odd sequencing in the ABC video. I made no claim that f conspiracy or a different shooter, nor did the ABC video.
Get a grip.
I looked up James Holmes....the theater shooter, and he’d bought tactical gear just a week or two prior to the shooting.
I’m only questioning this because so few of these episodes involve someone thinking along these lines.

I dunno...the video just struck me as bad journalism, and that raises questions.
The video Shows the shooter prepping, then shows shooter shooting. It Implies that the steps were 1. prep in stairwell 2. shoot in hallway.
The steps were more complicated than that, and that makes the story odd. I did not see others picking up on the change in kit...

It is a Democrat tactic to work against conservatives from the inside, so it wouldn’t be anything new.
The “frightened freshman” doesn’t look very frightened. He merely sidestepped around and continued on at the same pace.
Why doesn’t ABC show the full frame? Could there be more stuff laying on the floor?

I am bothered that someone saw him carrying a rifle bag prior to the shooting.
