The "green new deal" I want to see, is a hefty carbon tax on all Chinese imports. China puts more CO2 into the atmosphere than all other countries, no question. They burn more, pollute more, and are more responsible for pollution than all other countries in the world. All while the USA has minimized it's carbon footprint. One of the largest sources of CO2 release into the atmosphere is due to concrete production. China manufactured more concrete recently in a few years than the USA has in all its history (yes, more than we did in more than 200 years).
Tax Chinese production, and leave us Americans alone!
