Who's this y'all you speak of? I wasn't part of any 'cacophony of the concened', but there's no doubt that the last minute negotiations in Washington were influenced by those who voiced their extreme displeasure with the CR and Trump's wiffle-waffling about it.
In a nutshell, the base screamed their bloody heads off about this yesterday, and today the whole process has taken a decided turn towards what we (and Trump) have demanded on the wall.
