Then private contractors would be needed; and we ALL know how efficient THEY are!
Actually, I believe we are more efficient than the Feds, since we can get fired on the spot, prompting us to be more productive, and the contractors, at least in my case, don’t get quite as lavish benefits. Efficiency achieved!
