The saga of Robert Muellers mystery subpoena continued yesterday, but only a select few even got to see the players. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals went into a sealed session so secret that the attorneys arguing the case went in undercover, CNN reported. What could possibly be so secret in Muellers probe that requires this level of security?
Wanna take a guess whos name is on the mystery invitation?

Amen and amen.
Its not the attempted destruction, its more like the final destruction.
If Mueller thinks he is going to subpoena the President it will boomerang on Mueller like has happened to every other arrogant SOB. Mueller doesn’t have a clue who he is dealing with.
If Mueller is over a barrel on this, he will turn up the heat in another area.
Tuesday I believe.
He went to law school and passed the bar exam to get a license to practice law, but I believe Trump was his only client.
You find mutants like this all over the NYC business world. They aren't really lawyers. Their job is to conduct questionable business deals on behalf of their one "client" while protecting the client from legal scrutiny.
When is this colossal waste of taxpayer money and horrible distraction going to end, with Comey, Mueller, et al IN JAIL?
Great perspective bro.
Thanx for posting.
Thanks for letting me know.

Agree.
If muellie pushes the trump subpoena issue it will result in the thinderbolt to the SC corruption. imo
I don’t think team Mueller anticipated the Judge in the Flynn case, Stozak and Page’s pal Judge Contreras recusing himself from Flynn’s case. That it fell to of all judges, Judge Sullivan had to have given the snakes heartburn. We shall see come the 18th.
Hillary? They are looking at her and those emails. Would she be one they’d have to keep secret yet?
It can’t be Trump... mueller doesn’t have the legal authority to go past russia... yea, I know.. he already has. But there will come a breaking point in mueller’s ability to pull this crap on our President.
comey didn’t help his cause when he said those things on camera... It told more about who he is than anything, and many noticed.
Until I recently checked the Judge’s bio, I had no idea he was black. God Bless him.
I hoped they all crapped their pants when they found Judge Sullivan was presiding.
If the President has been served with a subpoena and really really does not want to comply with it, well, he (whether himself of the AG at his direction) can always fire Mueller. Personally, that is what I would like to see him do.
Flynn should have the right to grab his legal fees from out of the salaries of Mueler’s legal team.
Was reading that.Interesting.
Sullivan presided over the 2008 trial of U.S. Senator Ted Stevens, who was convicted of seven felony ethics violations in October. During the trial, the judge refused requests by the defense for a mistrial to be declared, after information was revealed that the prosecution had withheld exculpatory Brady material.
Eight days after the guilty verdict, Stevens narrowly lost his reelection bid. As more evidence of prosecutorial misconduct became known in early 2009, Judge Sullivan held four prosecutors in civil contempt of court. On April 1, 2009, following a Justice Department probe that found additional evidence of prosecutorial misconduct, the Department of Justice recommended that Stevens' conviction be dismissed. On April 7, 2009, Sullivan set aside the conviction and appointed a lawyer to investigate the prosecution team for criminal contempt. Subsequently, one of the four prosecutors held in contempt committed suicide. Ultimately, Sullivan dismissed the civil contempt charges, and no additional charges were brought against the prosecutors.
Someone should tell Trump you don’t really have to do everything a judge tells you to do. This is proof positive.
