Zoning is what created this “housing crisis” in the first place, get rid of zoning, gets rid of the need for “affordable housing” because the free market will create the all the housing that is demanded.

I live one small suburb away from that schitthole Minneapolis.
I live among other nice single family homes with large lots.
If I wanted to live next door to a 50 unit apartment complex I would have moved downtown.
The suburb between me and schittyapolis is rapidly knocking down commercial buildings, single family homes and building huge apartment complexes. The snowflakes and hippies get closer every year. Now they are extending the Somali Trolley ( light rail) to within a half mile of my place so the criminals can get out here much easier.
Yeah, I don’t know. I would suggest getting out of there when it peaks. I love the moccasins (green line west) but I can buy them here in Virginia. I think you might be blue line north and that looks very nice on Google street view. I don’t think there’s any danger of being overrun but then you might as well take advantage of the new development nearby and cash in.
