We can let the true believers still pay the fine for not having the insurance now.
Suddenly disrupt
Really?? How unfortunate

I dislike Obamacare too but self employed people had NO choice! The individual health insurance market was shut down several years ago in PA! How do you get your health insurance? Work for a big corporation? Then you were lucky!
Can we just rule all of obama’s presidency unconstitutional and be done with it? That is what leftists want to do with President Trump, so why not reciprocate?

A lot of govt peeps need to do a lot of time for that sack of hussein they forced on us!
I was referencing (sarcastically) how the media framed the implementation of Obamacare as awesome and would not be disruptive to any Americans. When we got to see whats in it and discovered the devastation it has caused, that wasnt disruptive to you??
Im saying that now that its been ruled unconstitutional, the media is screaming that ruling will hurt people. They didnt care that the passage of the law was gonna hurt people.
Excellent point. The ACA drove costs up to the point that there are no alternative choices to health care. It is disturbing to those of us with pre-existing conditions. My out of pocket costs are about 20% of income now, and with illnesses that can approach $100K, what is a person to do? It it will be a tightrope for the Republicans to figure out how to deal with us old, common folk, who no longer have the money to afford their health care.
I thought it was the SCOTUS that determines Constitutionality of a law.
curious, who was defending Obamacare in this specific case?
First the spending bill.
Now 0bamacare.
Looks like Nancy will have her hands full.
If the priority is POTUS taxes, the dims are toast
