White House adviser Kellyanne Conway spent 39 minutes defending President Trump on CNN on Thursday night — but got no love from her husband, George, who trolled her on Twitter.
The president’s counselor sparred with host Chris Cuomo on his primetime show, where she claimed it’s a “slur” to accuse Trump of lying.
“You took a shot at the president tonight. You called him a slur I’m not going to repeat,” Conway said.
When Cuomo asked what slur she was referring to, Conway replied, “You’re saying he’s not telling the truth. That’s a slur. That’s a slur.”
She insisted that Trump knew nothing about hush-money payments to porn vixen Stormy Daniels and ex-Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal, who have alleged having affairs with him.
But when the slugfest ended, her hubby — an unabashed Trump critic — tweeted: “Given that Trump has repeatedly lied about the Daniels and McDougal payments — and given that he lies about virtually everything else, to the point that his own former personal lawyer described him as a ‘####### liar’ — why should we take his word over that of federal prosecutors?”
Fellow Twitter users enjoyed the display of political marital discord.

This isn’t funny or entertaining. Kelly is not trustworthy, I never liked her. To be married to a guy who thinks her job is a joke? What does she tell him at home about anything? Get rid of her.

You might have a point. Husbands understand early in the marriage that pissing off your wife means you’re not getting laid tonight, or even this week.

I'll take you up on that bet! There is nothing in her present position that would indicate that she is doing what you are alleging. She is a true professional who obviously has the ability to separate her job in the Trump administration from whatever problems she is suffering from at home..........
I'd give her support rather than criticism...........but then again, this ain't the same FR of 20 years ago.

Consider the possibility that there is a prenuptial agreement, and whoever initiates a divorce gets negative consequences.
It would then make sense for him to goad her into doing the divorce.

POTUS really needs to get her out of the limelight. He doesn’t have to fire her, just remove her from media access. As for Gross George, maybe someone will stick a pin in him and let out all the putrid pus and hot air.
I would consider him a security risk. What about her phone and computer?

His annual income is in millions. Govt employees don’t make that.
He makes over a million a year. Govt employees don’t get paid that.
