out of state residents would pay 7.9 cents

I don't understand why Connecticut residents aren't charged ten times the NJ rate when they drive on our Turnpike.

Easily bypassed by rte 5. 91 south will be a deserted patch of highway from Exit 1 in Mass to the Connecticut border.

Thanks Tol,

I wonder how charging out-of-state people more to use the same highways doesn’t violate the Commerce Clause...or maybe no one bothers to fight the tolls.
