The Strasbourg shooter has been identified as Chérif Chekkat, a 29-year-old man born in France who has a long criminal history. Having been convicted 27 times for robbery and other crimes, Chekkat was sent to prison between 2013 and 2015. Thats where he became radicalized and was placed on a watch list by French authorities. Convicted 27 time. Did he escape from prison or something? Why would he have been let out to commit more crimes? Some individual with a name let him out. Who? He/she/it needs to take the punishment for anything Cherif did after release. (But I guess the punishment for murder/wounding there is what, 6 weeks in Koran study hall?)

Plenty of them are in our prisons. So if some are determined to be dangerous threats, then give them a pill sized transmitter powered by their own body with a simple quick surgery. I rare cases, the pill would also have some very powerful explosive in it.
My money is a false flag by French “deep state intelligence” to divert attention away from the yellow vests and to prohibit public protests under the guise of hunting for the terrorist (will probably take Inspector Clouseau months)!
