Pelousy and Schumer are traitors imho and should be removed from office ASAP. I think there’s no excuse for their constant obstructionism especially on this urgent national defense issue It’s well known that Muslim terrorists are still rushing into America as fast as they can. Plus the Mexican drug gangs etc.
80% of the government is already funded until Sep 30, 2019.
Shutdown will only affect Homeland Security, and only its non-essential functions.
This is an easy thing to have a shutdown over. Basically no consequences.

It may yet come to pass. Pelosi isn’t in charge of the HoR yet and the current HoR has to compose and take up something.

The wasn’t just a shouting math. Man you are not perceptive at all. That was an historic event. President Trump just threw down the gauntlet.

Here own the way to deal with that. Trump should announce that if you don’t come in to work then you don’t get paid. If you do come in to work then you will get paid but not til Congress authorizes the spending. Then simply veto any bill that make retroactive payment to workers who did not show up for work.
I think Pence does just fine.

Are you kidding? Pence HAD to be enjoying this. It’s the best entertainment inside the White House in decades and he had a ringside seat! He looked like he was just sitting there but deep down he was probably having a giggle fit from seeing Pelosi and Schumer being beaten down hard as they never expected.

Wouldn’t this be easy to solve by looking at any DoD contract which was given to a friend or family member of a Democrat, where cost overruns are normal, cancel it and move that funding over to the Core of Engineers to build the wall?
If anyone complains, bring the contract holders up on charges of fraud.
I read that Pres. Trump Keeps Mr. Pence very busy; the fact that Mr. Pence was in the room means that he is very engaged and very involved.
