With gas at $2 or less a gallon, good luck selling any EV’s. A few years back, I would have thought about it, when it was near $4, but now I sometimes find myself wishing I’d bought an SUV or muscle car. Maybe I will sometime in the future.

As it is, people (including me) don’t want golf carts, we want that good old-fashioned Tim Allen (grunt grunt) horsepower. And we’re not about to change our minds anytime soon.

Yeah, I feel that way about motorcycles. Electric ones are in the early stages but that’s not what a bike is. It is an extension of the rider and only an ICE has that special feel.

I ride an large thumper with after market exhaust. Air cooled, carburetor. Loud and very retro all the way around. It’s got serious masculine sound and vibration. Electric bike sounds like a man bun to me.
