If only....

Asylum, refugee, and TPS immigrants are eligible. In fact, most of them get work authorization, too.

Children under 18 and pregnant women are eligible for everything.

Green Card holders are eligible for everything. When their elderly parents arrive through chain migration, the parents are eligible for Supplemental Security Income (which is Social Security for people who do not have 40 quarters of contributions) and Medicaid (instead of Medicare).
