Of course CNN will say its cause Flynn sang like a canary but I dont buy that.

It seems unlikely that a guy who was director of the FBI for 12 years, and who also has an interest in justifying his current job, would let someone who lied to the FBI walk unless that person did sing.

“Mueller will get Don Jr. Indicted forcing Trump to “pre-pardon” him. BAM! Obstruction of Justice.”

One, the President cannot obstruct justice by pardoning someone according to his constitutional powers. Two, he cannot obstruct Mueller. He is Muellers boss. He can fire him tomorrow if he decides to. The President has the unquestioned power to direct an investigation to be started , or stopped, or to undo one with pardon power.

Trump cannot obstruct Mueller by supervising him.

What Trump can or cannot do per the Constitution has nothing to do with the democrats. It will simply be an excuse. And Trump will be fighting impeachment during his campaign for reelection. I believe that’s their plan. I also believe Mueller is keeping the Deep State informed.

He is because he has the backing of our ENTIRE corrupt stasi state, corrupt courts, both parties and fakestream media. Unlimited time and monies, too.

Mueller could fabricate evidence and that would be just fine with the group listed above. The media will go to Defcon 1 and Trump will be impeached and removed.

And It’s not like they haven’t effectively nullified his presidency through this coup already, but that’s not good enough...No, they want him gone NOW. He and his family indicted and ruined. Or worse.

Sadly, I think you’re right. In decades past, I remember wondering why it seemed some power was running EVERYTHING behind the scenes, and us voting one way or the other was just a farce to give us the illusion we were actually making a difference. Now I know that wasn’t paranoia - it’s true.

There’s still hope but the fact that NONE of these seditious bastards has been brought up on charges in two years + while people on OUR team are being indicted for forgetting what the weather was like in 2008 is not encouraging to my perception of justice in this country.

Amen

the swamp is vast.

I go back to my X Cel spread sheet analogy. The rows are miscreant swamp dwellers including secretaries and clerks 4 or 5 levels down in many of the various offices of the principles that are the real enemies. The number of rows is thus huge

Then there are the columns. After the first say three or four columns organizationally identifying the individuals, the list of charges begins. The list of charges and thus columns is immense. Every individual, row, can have several, in fact many charges, columns. The exact charges are different for each individual and simply put, hard to keep track of.

The whole is so large and so complex that it is not possible for an individual mind to grasp, thus the spread sheet.

But when? In my thoughts, the Republican Congress has been shaping the battlefield. The list of various principles consists of those repeatedly brought before the congress for hearings. The Congress has forced into public knowledge the nitty gritty of the conspiracy. The issues are so broad and so vast, that bringing them up in a trial is beyond the comprehension of the public. Thus, before the trials, he congress has aired the issues and much of the actual evidence.

I am disappointed in Sessions but we do not infact know what he actually did or did not do. Now that the Republicans have lost the House, the shaping of the battlefield is in effect ended. It is time to destroy the enemy.

There is no alternative for the President and the Republicans.... kill or be killed. The extermination must be complete lest a Democrat President pardon the whole lot.

I am certain the President is fully aware of the historic manifestation of the battle. He is not shirking the combat but is insuring the fight to the death take place at a time and place of his chosing

I’d like to see your spreadsheet in all its glory.
But I’m afraid it would “swamp” my Android’s puny memory!

I hope Flynn sues Mueller for all the BS he and his family have had to deal with

I do, too. What a disgrace. When my generation were growing up back in the 50s and 60s, we used to sneer at the excesses of the Soviet Union, and its betrayal of human rights and freedoms. Our government (deep state branch) is now worse.

From this point forward, Special Counsels must have a tight budget and a hard deadline for their “investigations.” Mueller has been a welfare recipient for way too long.

And his "sheltered workshop" for voted-out-of-work Democrat lawyers and Clinton cronies.

Flynn must have given up something juicy for Mueller to avoid the Manafort treatment.

Flynn didn’t gige up anything.

Mueller is on the run, but his passport is no longer active. He has to do something but has nothing, thanks to Roger Stone’s dilligence, and excellent memory.

Mueller, as a Prosecutor, is immune to law suits. Prosecutorial Immunity was granted by the Supreme Court forty years ago.

I’ll take Door Number Two

Mueller wants to create the impression that there is serious testimony about serious crimes.

It’s a house of cards and the glue is weakening...
