the riots are not made up of the regular African/Muslim car-burning suspects. Although the media will ignore it, this makes these protests very different.

That’s how it started with the Czar in February 1917.

Troops were ordered to put down the insurrection and instead sympathized with and then joined the protesters.

He disses DJT, saying the nationalism is an evil in our day just after DJT described himself as a nationalist.

Wasn’t very long before the DJT plague infected his dumb ass.

Those French police have people probably never heard applause for themselves. Certainly not the loud and emotional applause they got here.

Real heart-turning moments for them.

Macron will be lucky to escape al dente.

“I knew Marcon would fail, but not this spectacularly.”

IMO this is a precursor for many EU states. People have had quite enough of the proggie pols, an are dry tinder for tevolution. This is a big spark.

So is this taking place anywhere other than little sites in Paris?

It isnt like these guys have the city literally cut off and under siege, nor is 99% of the country at a stand-still

Just messengered with friend in Kingersheim FR between Colmar and Mulhouse near the Rhine. Small village vibe, love the place. They have demonstrations but as you might imagine in ams all town, peaceful. She days it’s the carbon tax AND all taxes. Taxes are generally high already and the civ added the carbon BS on top.

I’d say more like the collapse of the 4th Republic but there is no De Gaulle to come out of retirement.

If you do not care for Marcon, you will truly hate his replacement.
