Unless Pres. Trump can work with gridlocked Congress to make punitive laws to discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections, patriots may need to wait until after they can elect a patriot Congress that will actually do its duty to protect enumerated rights.

She was religious and upset that the school administrations and department of education were switching to "winter soltace" neutral songs, containing no references to Christ or religious symbols.
Well, she won and for a few years, the schools and kids could celebrate Christmas in a traditional way.
I don't know how much longer it lasted but I have a idea the liberals in California overwhelmed the program and went back to eliminating any references to Christmas.
It is sad what liberals are doing to this country and the world.

I was recently at a public high school sporting event and the student rock band did a song that contained the lyrics “side with the devil” (or possibly “ride with the devil”) repeated over and over. A teacher participated with the band off and on, maybe for that song but maybe only for other songs.
My kids do not and will not attend public school.
I agree with many here that this abuses the rights and feelings of Christian children, whose faith and culture is being treated as too offensive to include in a multi-cultural world. But from another perspective, the Anti-Jesus Song Police are DEPRIVING immigrant or non-Christian children of exposure to mainstream American culture. They don’t have to become Christians. Why did they come to the US if our culture offends them? This is the opposite of inclusiveness and diversity.
Jesus is common to almost all religions. Many view him as a prophet; while we know he is the son of God and our savior.
Therefore we should celebrate our cominality.
Didn’t dad know that diversity means excluding traditional American ideals?
Does that mean they are going to kick out all the Mexicans named Jesus?
What hypocrites... If the parents won't "stand up for their own children" (which, since they have criminally abused them by incarcerating them in a government indoctrination institution, they do not, obviously) what chance is that they will "stand up for Jesus"?

To give some of you heart, the public middle school where I used to teach and now sub at today had a choir practice in front of the students. Both songs featured Jesus. So all is not lostquite yet.
Fine. Excuse all Christian children from school for two weeks to celebrate Christmas, which is their First Amendment right as a “free exercise of religion.” The non-Christians, including the teaching staff, will go to classes as usual. Of course, the daily stipend of state attendance money that is given to the schools would take a severe hit, but that should matter, should it?
I am thankful that my daughtes attended Woolridge Elementary here in Chesterfield when the principle would.lead in the Christmas celebration. This county has gone the way of northern VA.
They need to think about the founders of our nation and what they would recommend.
