ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- A 6.6 magnitude earthquake has rocked buildings in Anchorage, prompting people to run out of offices and seek shelter under office desks. The U.S. Geological Survey says the earthquake was centered about 7 miles north of Alaska's largest city.
Officials issue tsunami warning for coastal areas of southern Alaska after earthquake. There was a tsunami alert for Cook Inlet, the National Weather Service in Anchorage said on Twitter.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Back-to-back earthquakes measuring 7.0 and 5.8 rocked buildings and shattered roads Friday morning in Anchorage, sending people running into the streets and briefly triggering a warning to residents in Kodiak to flee to higher ground for fear of a tsunami.
The tsunami warning was lifted without incident a short time later. There were no immediate reports of any deaths or serious injuries.
Per Twitter, Alaska Airlines has suspended service at ANC. Will update at 330p EST. ATC reportedly working from a vehicle, off of the airport.

I would love for you to explain a huge earthquake as those merely just big as you described this one. The pictures tell a different story. You should revise your statement.
