Russian President Vladimir Putin may retaliate after President Trump canceled a weekend meeting in Argentina over Russia’s detention of Ukrainian sailors, experts said after the surprise announcement Thursday.
About an hour after saying he "probably" would meet Putin at the G-20 summit in Buenos Aires, Trump tweeted that he would cancel the meeting “[b]ased on the fact that the ships and sailors have not been returned to Ukraine,” surprising critics who accused him of being soft on Putin.
But the snub — the second this month, after a Paris meeting also was scrapped — may provoke Putin in the near-term, rather than steer his actions toward U.S. interests, experts say.
“Watch for prolonging the detention of the Ukrainian sailors and ships,” said Alexander Vershbow, U.S. ambassador to Russia during Putin’s early years in power, from 2001 to 2005.

You’re making an argument for a civil war in Ukraine and that is not a defense for an act of naked aggression by Russia making a cowardly sneak attack into the country (Little Green Men) and then annexing it after a BS ‘election’.

Russia INVADED Ukraine and then stole and annexed part of their country and is right now moving up five armored divisions to go seize more of Ukraine. This is not a squabble it is a war of conquest.
There can be no making deals with a country that can’t respect international borders and Russia has demonstrated repeatedly that they will invade whatever they want.

Nobody in the media will draw the obvious conclusion that Trump’s actions show that there was no collusion in 2016. If there was, Putin could destroy him by revealing the evidence...but there is no evidence since it did not happen. Trump doesn’t act like someone who could be blackmailed.
It’s not cool for commie/fascist nations to invade and occupy other countries. Commie expansionism will end badly for perpetrators. We didn’t keep Japan, Germany, Italy or any of the other countries that we could have kept, including the old slave nations that Russia wants to re-conquer. We’ve chosen not to conquer and own Mexico.
And the loserdopian arguments against defense actions overseas are arguments from the trash. Besides propaganda, foreign enemies can launch attacks from the other side of the world without setting foot on our soil. There’s no reason for any American trying to divide us from allies except treason.
