They are gobsmacked at Trump letting them run power hungry mad with the special investigation.

Trump was supposed to be fighting them and being distracted with all this.

Meuller was nothing more than a swamp hazard on the way to the green.

“...Has congress given up their authority to Mueller?...”
The Mule has essentially become the 4th Branch of the govt. with no accountability to anybody...scary.
GOPe = RAT = UniParty = Deep State = Communists = Mueller

Did Cohen have a ‘legal career’? Thought he was just a failed investor in NYC taxi medallions, losing millions on that now worthless product

Cohen was never a Trump supporter.

As his attorney he secretly recorded their conversations.

He then presented perjured testimony against Trump.

Cohen has been shown to have been a liar.

I would hope Flynn, Manafort, Corsi and Stone are pardoned.

Yesterday Drudge drops a story that Trumps statements to Mueller were under oath. One statement was that he didn't know about the Trump Tower meeting with that Russian woman. The next day we hear Cohen is in a plea deal for lying to congress. Cohen told congress that he only learned about the meeting with the Russian woman after the fact.

My feeble mind ties these two drops together and interprets it to say that they have force Cohen to say he did know about the meeting prior to it happening. That now lets them probe if he told Trump, which is surely part of the plea deal for him to say "yes I told Trump too". Which means that this liar is accusing Trump of perjury.

It is very apparent.
She is never seen other in her state of constant wailing and ranting, spewing her hate over our beautiful landscape.

Even discounting Cohen, what about the others and the others yet to be targeted? Trump can pardon them but they will be just as bankrupt, just as damaged from jail time, just as unemployable, their families just as scarred. Not acting to stop this inquisition puts the blame for these people’s suffering in the president’s lap.

Cohen will never work as an attorney again — for either side.

Who in their right mind would hire him after his breach of confidentiality?

Avenatti’s a shark, but he didn’t do anything like this.

Cohen is toast in the legal community.

So are you saying Trump should just pardon ‘everyone’ involved in this?

Otherwise, how does he pick and chose?

And what do you think the political fallout would be if he did this?

Enquiring Minds, and all that.

“That now lets them probe if he told Trump, which is surely part of the plea deal for him to say “yes I told Trump too”. Which means that this liar is accusing Trump of perjury.”

Sounds plausible, but Cohen supposedly taped Trump’s conversations with him. Thus, if this is not on a tape, his testimony will be essentially meaningless. Trump can just stick to his guns, and state that Cohen is either misremembering or is lying. He can also point to the fact that Cohen has changed his stories, and admitted perjury, thus has admitted to being a liar.

I believe that the specific details is “lying under oath”. Before one testifies before Congress, they are subjected to a swearing in which places them under oath and attaches the charge.

What an idiotic statement. First, you have nothing to indicate that there is something to “protect Trump” from. Innocent until proven guilty and we don’t even have a crime since collusion is not a crime and everything thus far is far outside of Russian collusion scope. So, lie in the face of tyranny? That is pretty much cowardice and evil.

Trump shouldn’t be in a position to pardon anyone. This BS should have never happened. Trump could have derailed it at anytime since Sessions’ recusal. An AG (acting or confirmed) could have appointed an IC to investigate the ongoing coup and Mueller wouldn’t have happened or would have skedaddled out of town ahead of his own indictment. Trump could end the inquisition now but rather fiddles on Twitter while the constitution burns. I assume the people railroaded by Mueller on process crimes will be pardoned but they’ll be just as ruined. I’ve said all along that Trump will eventually be indicted by Mueller. Trump stupidly answered his questions and with all the perjury traps set the president will regret allowing the farce to continue.

Innocent until proven guilty. Hah, you haven’t been paying attention. Tell that to Mike Flynn or Papadopoulos or Corsi or all the others. You need to quit making ridiculous statements like there are any constitutional guarantees when it comes to Mueller’s inquisition.
