The economic migrants are infinitely motivated to get here.
What will actually stop someone with that level of motivation?
It’s not about their Motivation......it’s their mental state that tells them they don’t have to abide by anyones rules. They believe they have a right to a better life and that the US needs to provide that. That they will cross over illegally in mass and otherwise.
Ok...so lets say they get past....then what? Where are 20,000 people going to go? How will they live and eat even for a couple days.
You see in my opinion they haven’t worried about any of that since they began......they will expect and no doubt were told once in the USA they will be provided for.

E-Verify, because they have no incentive if they can't get employment. Congress knows this which is why it will never pass.
Congress would rather play games with walls and troops when the answer is right in front of them.
