I think she has shown she is close to immortal, said Caroline Fredrickson, president of the American Constitution Society. From the article.
I kid you not.

Judge Roberts’ children are 16, now, very close to being legal adults. I hardly think it could be a cause of trouble for him now. If he is singing Obama’s tune then we can know that he is just a pretend conservative.

I don’t think the children’s current age would have any impact on the propriety or impropriety of the adoption.

Just start the process of impeaching, 25th Amendment or a coup on Trump and see how many are in the National Mall in a flash.

Darth Vader Ginsbarf, 89, will hang on to her seat as long as she's able to remain awake and upright for at least an hour at a time so that she can keep collecting that fat salary, all the health and pension benefits and the multitude of perks accruing to the Justices.
Her salary as Associate Justice is $255,300 (usually Justices' salaries increase $2000-$3000 every 365 days). She was appointed to her seat 25 years ago by Bill Clinton.
When Court is out of session, the Justices are allowed to make outside income, such as personal appearances, teaching and lecturing, all paying in the many, many thousands......or writing "memoirs" books and reaping royalties. Many are heavy into stock ownership.
Ginsborg is one of the three richest sitting Justices, currently having an accumulated estimated net worth of $28 million and still rising.
Question of the day, would you retire if you didn't have to if you were in her position (even if it's sagging in a chair in a chair at a public event?)

Supreme Court's future rides on Ginsburg's health...jeez - what's the big deal? - Roberts assured the nation that all our judges are objective and fair-minded - who undermines confidence in the judiciary more - Trump telling it like it is or Roberts trying to feed the public an obvious fairy tale???.....

When the Democraps raise hell on President Trump’s next appointment, he should tweet, “Hell, you’re blackmailing Roberts. What more do you want?”

Ginsbarf could be room temperature and the Marxist would prop her up and no one would notice the difference.

If Ruth Bader Ginsberg actually did something in the course of her work days, her many doctors would have advised her by now to lighten her work load, and, particularly after her broken-rib incident, to retire, like virtually every other 85-year-old woman in poor health has done by now.
But Justice Ginsberg doesn’t perform even the most basic task required of those deciding legal cases — that is, remain awake during oral arguments so that she can make informed decisions.
No juror on even the lowest court in the land is permitted to fall asleep during testimony without being replaced by an alternate juror, someone previously chosen for such an eventuality. How can someone get a fair trial if the deciding judge or jurists haven’t been awake to hear his arguments?
Are we even sure that RBG is in full possession of her faculties even when she’s awake?

For all her astonishing salary and other income (outlined in my post # 47 above, wow !), there's no doubt that multi-millionaire Ruth Vader Ginsburp informs her staff of law clerks and aides of her (marxist) position on any issue appearing before the court....and then they do all the research work, all the preparation of pre-decision questions, arguments, etc. for her....and all she has to do is be wheeled into the Court on verdict day to cast her vote.
Nice work...if you can get it.

Re: “Supreme Court’s future rides on Ginsburg’s health”
Only one third true.
One third rides on Trump nominating a true Conservative.
And one third rides on the dangerously slender GOP Senate majority voting to confirm a true Conservative.
