LMAO! There is NO DOJ or ANY GOV’T Investigation Into the “Clinton Foundation” that will EVER produce any guilt. What kind of 100 % Silly-Ass Joke is this article?

Raise your hand if you knew Huber was investigating the Clinton Foundation...

Huber was assigned the task of determining, more or less or about the same, what resources were needed for all of the investigations and to report back appropriately to Rosenstein (Huber's boss) and Sessions (recused and now terminated).

He was not tasked to directly investigate any of the investigations. The Clinton Foundation investigation was in Arkansas, and it's most likely going nowhere.

We've know about this going back to last November and then more specifically, last January with the Sessions memo.

RTFM's.

#17. Let’s reverse your thesis to the following:

The entire reason for Huber’s appointment was to punt the issue after the midterms with the hope that the Republicans would keep that hot potato on the Dept State plate. Job done”.

If the Republicans, led by the coward Ryan and Yertle the Turtle McConnell had done their jobs right, the Republicans would have retained control of the House and then could have all the hearings, subpoenas, investigations it wanted with IMPUNITY from the Democrat obstructionists and insane asylum inmates on those committee.

Didn’t work that way which is why, if Huber has something real to bit into, the Republicans can tout it NOW and the Dems can’t do a damned thing about it except bitch, claim it involved voter denial, deprived illegal aliens of their constitutional rights to everything, and was an overreach of “White Privilege”.

There is a possibility that if Huber has some meat to his investigation of the Clintons/Foundations that laws were broken, illegal funding took place, including to influence her political race for the presidency, and that the Russian were involved in any of the Dossiergate fraud issues, then the Republicans, LED by Pres. Trump, with either an Acting AG or a new competent AG (if confirmed), can bring federal charges against all involved after issuing grand jury subpoenas by the ton.

It all defends on Trump’s key legal advisers who have the guts to go all out after the Dossiergate/corrupt state conspiracies and actual law breaking (i.e. Hillary’s destruction of 31,000 emails, her server, hard-drive, cell phones etc).

I have presented a lot of “if’s” but the other alternatives don’t look too good for us and America if they are the only things we have.

Huber is much higher on the food chain. He has the benefit of much greater resources, official status, and the powers to subpoena witnesses and records, to confer immunity, and to issue indictments. Any whistleblowers advised by counsel would likely prefer going to Huber because he can provide a greater assurance of legal and physical protection.

How many weeks before the usual crowd turns on Whitaker? Can’t be much longer.

Wrong.

Huber reported directly to Sessions. Now Whitaker.

Did Whitaker remove [SC] 'special articles' inserted by [RR] re: expanded scope v2? Was the scope narrowed to the original mandate assigned?

Legend:

[SC] = Special Counsel.

[RR] = Rod Rosenstein

"Special Articles" v2 (version 2) inserted by [RR] to expand the scope of Mueller's investigation beyond the original "Russia Collusion" mandate.

If STEALTH BOMBER Whitaker has indeed removed Mueller's expanded mandate, then all he has is RUSSIAN COLLUSIAN and even you guys know that dog won't hunt. Right?

If, in fact, Whitaker did this, then Mueller may be effectively neutered or "leashed".

But whadda' I know. I'm just a Qook.

Oh, they've already turned on him. The cries for him to recuse are deafening.

A little alphabet bird told me that "attacks will intensify" on Whitaker. Panic in DC.

The derps MUST have their man calling shots and shutting things down in the AG office. Their man is [RR]. He is effectively out of the loop now, and they fear this most of all. And now Huber testifies. What he uncovered and reveals will be subject to DOJ (Whitaker) prosecution.

Bad for derps. Very bad.

Oh, my Free Reign.

Just about your whole post is wrong. He reported specifically and directly to Sessions. And he WAS tasked to investigate those things in cooperation with IG Horowitz.

I swear some of you guys are so far out of the loop it's scary.

Wrong. Huber reported directly to Sessions. Now Whitaker.

Wrong.

Huber and his prosecutors were to report directly to the AG and the DAG, "as appropriate"

It's as I said.
